Some of Julia's most rewarding experiences were engaging in community work — including volunteering for Food Share, United Way, Junior Achievement, or when she helped a young woman become the first in her family to go to college. For three years Julia served on the Board of Morley Extended Daycare, which both her children attended throughout Elementary School. She's looking forward to working with the leadership of Arts for Learning Connecticut to apply her 20+ years of marketing communications experience to lift and inspire K-12 children and expand their learning through the arts.
