Join Arts for Learning Connecticut for our first-ever Family Arts Festival, a day filled with hands-on activities, live performances, workshops, and joyful moments for the whole family. Whether your child loves to paint, dance, drum, or explore new creative forms, there’s something here for everyone!

This is your family’s chance to meet Teaching Artists, try something new, and discover how the arts can inspire learning, healing, and connection.

What to Expect:

Drop-In Arts Activities
Our incredible Teaching Artists led visual arts, dance & movement, music-making, improvisational theatre, storytelling, and more.

Mini-Workshops
Try a short, engaging workshop in dance, theater, drumming, or visual art—perfect for kids and adults alike!

Live Performances
Enjoy performances throughout the day from featured artists and special guest musicians, including Iddi Saaka, closing out the afternoon with the rhythms of Ghana!

Who’s It For?
