About the Program
Let’s Play brings creativity, learning, and fun to schools through the arts. Each session is led by a professional Teaching Artist from AFLCT’s diverse cohort of musicians, dancers, actors, and visual artists, selected for expertise and the ability to engage young people.
Because the program draws from a pool of artists, sessions vary from week to week; drumming one day, storytelling the next, or movement and visual art. This rotation keeps programming fresh and exposes students to a wide range of art forms, cultures, and creative practices.
Scheduling is flexible based on school needs and artist availability. AFLCT coordinates the lineup to ensure a balanced, engaging experience that blends fun with SEL, academic enrichment, and cultural exploration in a safe, supportive environment.
