HAMDEN, CT, May 23, 2025 — Arts for Learning CT is honored to announce a $15,000 grant from the Ensworth Charitable Foundation, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee. This generous support will expand access to high-quality, culturally responsive arts learning programs for students throughout Greater Hartford, including Hartford, East Hartford, Bloomfield, New Britain, and surrounding communities.

The grant will help AFLCT deliver in-school and after-school workshops, performances, and residencies that foster creativity, support academic growth, and celebrate cultural diversity. Programming is led by professional Teaching Artists and designed to engage students in meaningful arts experiences while reinforcing social-emotional learning and state education standards.

“The Ensworth Charitable Foundation has been a valued partner in our mission since 2021, and this renewed support allows us to reach even more students across Greater Hartford with vibrant, meaningful arts learning experiences,” said Jed Kornbluh, Director of Business Development at Arts for Learning Connecticut. “This grant helps us nurture creativity, build confidence, and empower young people through the transformative power of the arts—especially in communities where access to these opportunities is too often limited.”
