DCF Mandated Reporter Training
Teaching Artist are required to complete the Mandated Reporter training when joining the roster and then every 3 years. This page is to support you in completing this task! Click each section to open the instructions.
This training should take around 1 hour, on average. Be aware that many TAs have reported that this training does not work on mobile!

IMPORTANT: Keep following the instructions to the end! After registering, you still need to verify your email address and complete your profile before you will be allowed to do the training.
If you live outside of Connecticut, you will need to add Connecticut to your Groups in your profile.
You may complete the CT Department of Children and Families’ Mandated Reporter Training in:
English,
Español, or
American Sign Language.

NOTE: After you click the “Launch” button for the training, you may see a pop up asking for your Organization, City, etc. You can put Arts for Learning Connecticut, Hamden, CT and Nonprofit.
